The Golden Age of King Midas

A 12-month exhibition at the Penn Museum, opened in February 2016, developed in partnership with the Republic of Turkey. The exhibition provided visitors a rare chance to view more than 120 dazzling objects, including those from the royal tomb of King Midas’ father, on special loan from Turkish museums in Ankara, Istanbul, Antalya, and Gordion. Members of Super Commons worked on this gallery from concept to install as part of an in-house design team at the Penn Museum.
